Warranty Policy

Peña Power Steering offers a 12-month warranty on remanufactured steering gearboxes, starting from the date of sale

To obtain warranty coverage, the unit must be returned freight prepaid. After inspection, our company will determine whether the unit will be replaced or repaired. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we do not offer refunds.

Units that have been disassembled, altered, misused, or improperly installed are not covered by the warranty.

Peña Power Steering will not be responsible for any additional expenses, including meals, labor fees, lodging, or any other costs associated with a failure.

Warranty duration:

  • Steering Gearboxes: 1-year warranty
  • Power Steering Pumps: 3-month warranty
  • Power Steering Assist Cylinders: 1-year warranty
  • PTO Dump Pumps: 6-month warranty

Refund Policy for Lost Packages

At Peña Power Steering, Inc, we strive to ensure that all orders are safely and promptly delivered. However, once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any loss or delays incurred during transit.

1. Carrier Responsibility for Lost Packages

  • After your package leaves our facility, it is fully in the care of the carrier. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages once tracking shows that the carrier has received the item.
  • We recommend reviewing the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to stay updated on the delivery progress.

2. Steps to Take if Your Package is Lost

  • If your package has not arrived within the carrier’s estimated timeframe, please contact the carrier directly to file a lost package claim. Contact information and tracking details are included in your order confirmation email.
  • For further assistance, we’re here to help guide you through the claim process or answer any questions you may have about your order.

3. Consider Shipping Insurance

  • For added peace of mind, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance during checkout. Insurance may help protect your order in the event of a loss and allow you to recoup any costs directly through the carrier.
