Important Notice Regarding Service Centers: If you utilize installation or repair services at our physical service locations in Tampa, Florida or Miami, Florida, please note that each service location operates under its own separate Terms and Conditions due to local policies and regulations related to service operations.

The service-related terms and conditions from each shop location are managed independently by their respective local management and are governed by applicable state and local regulations. Service agreements, warranties, and policies at physical locations are separate from and independent of these website Terms and Conditions.

 

3. FINANCING TERMS

We offer special financing options through third-party financial institutions to qualified customers. Please be aware that any financing services are provided directly by the financial institution, not by penapowersteering.com.

The third-party financing provider maintains its own separate Terms and Conditions, privacy policies, credit requirements, and service agreements that are completely independent from these website Terms and Conditions. By applying for or accepting financing, you agree to be bound by the financing provider’s terms, which will be presented to you during the application process.

penapowersteering.com is not responsible for financing decisions, terms, rates, or any disputes arising from financing arrangements.

 

4. PRODUCT WARRANTY

4.1 Limited Warranty Period

All rebuilt power steering components purchased through penapowersteering.com include a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

4.2 Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in the rebuilt components
  • Workmanship issues related to the rebuilding process
  • Component failure under normal operating conditions

4.3 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or negligence
  • Modifications made to the product after purchase
  • Damage from contaminated or improper fluids
  • Environmental damage or corrosion

 

5. RETURN POLICY

5.1 Non-Refundable Products

IMPORTANT: All rebuilt power steering components are NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to the specialized nature of rebuilt automotive parts, we cannot accept returns for refund under any circumstances.

5.2 Defective Product Returns

If you receive a defective product within the 30-day warranty period, you may be eligible for a replacement unit, but NOT a refund.

5.3 RMA Process – MANDATORY

ALL RETURNS MUST GO THROUGH OUR RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) PROCESS. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

To initiate a return for a defective product:

  1. Contact our customer service department within the 30-day warranty period
  2. Provide proof of purchase and description of the defect
  3. Wait to receive your unique RMA number before shipping any product
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package
  5. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method

Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

 

6. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

6.1 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

6.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

6.3 Payment Methods

7. SHIPPING

7.1 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

7.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
