To qualify for a core deposit refund, all cores must be complete and assembled. Cores should be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Refunds will not be issued if the core is:
- Cracked or has broken cases or housing
- Shafts are broken, twisted, bent, or have damaged splines
- Disassembled or rusty
- Mounting holes are broken or damaged
- The core received is not the same as the one sold
- The unit will not turn
